I changed my mind, how long can I return the purchased product?
The product can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receipt, in its current state, but the customer is responsible for the return and its cost. In this case, we will refund within a week or the amount can be used for further purchases.
How will my order get delivered to me?
We deliver all the orders personally. We will give you information about the earliest possible shipping date in the cart, after you fill out your postal code.
Where does Daken deliver to?
We deliver purchased items to the entire area of Budapest and its catchment area within 1-2 weeks, and we will inform via email about the exact delivery date. For deliveries outside these areas, please get in touch with us.
How can I make sure if delivery is available at my address?
You can check whether your address is within our delivery areas by selecting Delivery as shipping method and typing in your postal code in the cart. In case your shipping address is outside our delivery areas, please contact us before placing your order.
What are the shipping fees?
Our webshop will calculate the shipping fee automatically according to your shipping address. Please, check it in the cart by submitting your postal code. (You may find our detailed fee schedule in Terms & Conditions.)
What to do if delivery is not available in my area?
We would like to meet the needs of all our customers by delivering the selected items safely. In case your shipping address is outside our delivery areas, please contact us before placing your order.
Is it possible to choose a different day for my delivery, if the date determined by the webshop is not right for me?
If the suggested delivery date is not suitable for you, please indicate your preferred dates in the notes field whilst placing your order. We will contact you for further consultation.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
In case you want to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.
